About

Real Name: Jeff Keeton

Persona: Mulsanne

Location: Birmingham, Ala. USA

This is my blog about photographing motorsports. Going to the track and taking pictures of fast cars is my favorite thing to do. I started this blog because I see a lot of other people also taking photos at races. I wanted to share my experiences, thoughts, and ideas with other photo/motorsport enthusiasts. My ultimate goal is make a decent enough living by going to the track and taking photos of fast cars and the people who make them go that way.

Please feel free to leave comments to anything I post here, or on my Flickr account, flickr.gobyfastphotos.com.

Cheers,

Jeff Keeton

  • Dear Mr. Keeton,

I’m a supporter of the Finnish driver Markus Palttala.

Markus Palttala drove last year for Risi Competizione in Petit Le Mans, at #62 (with Ortelli and Kelleners).

Since a few months, I’m busy with a website about this guy. Now I saw some photos you took at Petit Le Mans, which I like to use for my website. (It was too far for visiting, because I live in Europe).

May I use some photos of your website? Especially this one:

Off course, the credits and copyrights will be at the photos.

And do you visit in 2007 also races in the ALMS series?

    With kind regards,
    Ricarda Wildner

  • Ricarda,

All of my ALMS photos on Flickr are available to anyone for non-commercial uses via the Creative Commons License. Feel free to use any of them you like on your Web site.

I have not decided which ALMS races I will go to this year, but I will be going to the Petit Le Mans again and one other race. When I settled on a race, I will post it here.

    Cheers,
